Meet Dwonna

Dr. Dwonna D. Lenoir is a dedicated and compassionate clinician with over 21 years of experience helping  individuals, families, and specialized groups navigate life’s challenges. She is committed to helping people find the  strength within themselves to improve relationships, enhance daily functioning, and achieve a balanced life. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Dwonna has worked with young children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide  range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, marital issues, parenting challenges,  ADHD, eating disorders, grief and loss, self-injury, and social skills development. She is trained in Cognitive  Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),  using evidence-based approaches to support lasting change. She firmly believes that the power of the therapeutic  relationship can drive individuals and families toward healing, growth, and reaching their full potential. 

Dr. Dwonna is excited to bring her expertise to Pinpoint Behavioral Health, where she is excited to offer services  to the first responder community and their families. With PBHS, Dr. Dwonna will continue her work of  empowering individuals and families on their mental health journeys.  

Passionate about making therapy accessible and effective, Dr. Dwonna offers both traditional in-office therapy and  Virtual Therapy, which provides clients with comfort and flexibility in the therapeutic process. She understands  that change can be difficult, and through openness, honesty, and compassion, she provides the positive support  and encouragement clients need to take courageous steps toward impactful change. 

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Dwonna values balance and self-care. She enjoys spending time with family,  outings with friends, and traveling. She believes in the importance of relaxation and fulfillment and encourages her  clients to discover and maintain the activities that bring them joy.
